Michelle is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, a Franklin Method© Level 2 Educator and is a member of the International Somatic Movement Educators and Teachers Association,

"Michelle has a passion for helping people to integrate Body and Mind for physical and mental wellness – a whole-person approach to helping you feel and perform optimally."

She is active monthly in collaborative communities of mental health professionals and body workers, incorporating Polyvagal theory and the body into their work.  A former professional dancer herself, one of Michelle’s specialties is dance conditioning for young adult and professionals. She works with local dancers as well as New York City Ballet and Miami City Ballet. See below for a full list of certifications and qualifications. As On Point Pilates grows, Michelle enjoys mentoring and teaching the other instructors many of the skills she learned, beyond Pilates certifications, that have changed her life and those of her clients.
